Summary
Clayton experiences one of the darkest parts of his life—his mother’s death. When a family friend adopts him (Eugene Oman), however, all is not what it seems. Clayton’s curiosity leads him to discover a hidden, twisted secret… This would not stop Clayton later in his life from becoming a detective, following in the footsteps of Eugene, a man who was the closest thing to a father he had ever known, despite the secret. Whilst achieving success in his career, Clayton falls in love with a woman called Marissa.
However, happiness can only last so long. He dives into the world of substance abuse as his job becomes more demanding and his already fragile relationship reaches a breaking point. Clayton and Detective Andrew Young are urgently called to a horrific crime scene involving an entire family, a missing newborn and one prime suspect - The grandmother.

Alongside this, a well-known serial killer nicknamed ‘The Reaper’ has turned himself into the authorities, and Clayton is tasked with interviewing the Reaper alongside Chief Fuller. Though nothing goes to plan, as Clayton isn’t prepared for what this twisted individual states, triggering Clayton into an ongoing state of confusion as utter horror begins to surround him and his loved ones….
